设专人维护和清理杂物。
    第九条 使用单位要认真执行按有关规定做好起重机械的日常维护保养，保养作业由使用单位领导组织进行，要明确规定保养责任制。
第十条 对违反本规定造成不良后果，出现重大机械事故的部门和个人，要根据情节轻重按有关规定分别给予行政处分和经济处分，直至追究刑事责任。
第十一条 日常维护保养制度：
、机械部分的维护保养：须对各机构的制动器、各机构的运转情况、各部件连接螺栓的紧固情况、各部位的钢丝绳等进行检查，发生故障应及时排除，检查各机构的连接螺栓、焊缝和构件的工作情况，定时紧固和上油漆。
    、液压系统的维护保养：按时添加或更换液压油，并检查油管及其接头、安全阀、液压泵和液压缸等，发现问题应及时处理。
   、电气系统的维护保养：电线、电缆应无损伤，安全装置的行程开关须可靠，接地保护电阻要符合要求。
    、润滑工作：应经常检查塔机各部位的润滑情况，做好周期润滑工作，按时添加或更换润滑剂。
    、为保证起重机械的正常工作，确保人机安全，必须做好以检查、调整、清洁、紧固、润滑日常维护工作。
