去头屑化妆品功效评价方法的探讨
［摘要］目的:探讨去头屑化妆品的功效评价方法。方法:采用随 机双盲自身对照研究，通过研究者评估、受试者自评及马拉色菌定量 培养方法，比较试验前后两侧头皮的临床评分及马拉色菌量的变化来 评价去头屑香波的功效，同时进行安全性评估。结果:本试验方法显示 试验香波(含去屑功效成分)在降低头皮多项临床评分及马拉色菌量 方面均明显优于对照香波。试验香波具有良好的去屑、止痒及去除油 脂功效，且安全性较好。结论:本评价方法能对去屑香波的功效及安全 性作出科学合理的评价。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the efficacy evaluation method of anti-dandruff cosmetics. Methods We adopted double-blinded and self-controlled test under random conditions. All the subjects randomly applied two different shampoos on their left and right scalps respectively. Through investigators' and subjects' self assessments to compare the differences of the test shampoo and the controlled shampoo in improving the clinical assessment scores, at the same time malassezia quantitative culture was conducted to compare the changes of malassesia load on both sides of scalps. ResultsBy this method, we found that the test shampoo demonstrated more excellent superiority in both decreasing various clinical assessment scores and malassezia load compared to the controlled shampoo.
