摘要
本设计主要工艺是使用CASS技术处理生活污水。循环活性污泥法CASS工艺是一种将变容积活性污泥法和生物选择器原理有机的结合起来,具有同步脱氮除磷的特点,并以序批曝气-非曝气方式运行的间歇活性污泥处理工艺。本设计在总体布局上简单有序,在进水口设置格栅,主要除去污水中较大的漂浮物和悬浮物;接下来设置两座沉砂池,主要除去污水中细小的无机颗粒;还设置了滤池,处理方法除去污水中的悬浮物;并且本设计设置CASS工艺作为除去污水中有机物的生物处理工艺。CASS池的前部是生物选择区,即预反应区,后部为主反应区,其主反应区后装了可升降自动撇水装置。整个工艺的曝气、沉淀、排水在同一池子内周期循环运行,省去了常规活性污泥法的二沉池和污泥回流系统;同时可连续进水,间断排水。

Abstract
CASS cycle activated sludge short is developed on the basis of the SBR process. That is a biological selector increase in SBR pool water side, to achieve a continuous flow, intermittent drainage. The main purpose of the bio-selector is to enable the system to choose a flocculation bacterium, its volume to about 10% of the entire pond. Biological selection process to follow the accumulation of activated sludge matrix -reproduction theory, so that the activated sludge in the adsorption process wherein experiencing a high load, then in the primary reaction zone through a lower load matrix degradation stage, in order to complete the entire the whole process of matrix degradation and sludge regeneration.
