职称评审是指已经经过初次职称认定的专业技术人员，在经过一定工作年限后，在任职期内完成相应的继续教育学时，申报中级职称以上的人员须在专业期刊发表论文并且经过一些基本技能考试（如：称职外语及计算机应用能力考试等），向本专业的评审委员会评委提交评审材料，经过本专业的专业评委来确定其是否具备高一级职称资格。
评审时间快到了，作为过来人，今年有空写上一些湖南省卫生高级职称申报所需要的条件以及我个人的申报经验，希望对大家有用。
我主要总结三个方面内容：一、考试注意点 二、个人申报经验。三、湖南省卫生厅发布的晋升高级职称的申报条件，
一、考试复****要点：
，围绕大纲是不错的，考试的范围比较广泛，复****时要把常见疾病要读懂弄透，但是很意外，有的考题确实偏，属于超纲题，考试大纲上没有没有办法，这些都不会做。这个我们左右不了。
，但不能过分依赖。主要看历年真题和教科书，不管是军医的还是人卫的还是考试宝典，都只是书本的简化，以教科书为蓝本才是最可靠的。
。看书一定要细，对于偏题怪题，有人认为出题人想难住大家采取的极端行为。其实我认为抱怨对我们没有一点好处，有句话叫：改变你所能改变的，适应你所不能改变的。我们唯一能做的就是用合适的方法解决相对应问题，100分不是目标，考60就够了。
