摘要：随着社会经济的全面发展，工业技术水平的日益提高，世界市场的不断扩大，其
各种需求空前提高。加速了各种交通运载工具的大力发展。曲轴产业便成为整个社会经
济发展的引擎，其前景拭目以待。与此同时，曲轴的生产需要消耗大量的原材料，而许
多原材料属不可再生资源或属社会紧缺资源。需要我们合理规划，变废为宝，实施可持
续发展走科技创新的道路。
关键词：发动机曲轴，废水处理，废钢回收，经济效益分析，生产计划，设备维护。

Abstract: Along with social economy full scale development, industry technical level
daily enhancement, world market unceasing expansion, its each kind of demand
unprecedented enhancement. Has accelerated each kind of transportation carrier vigorously
development. The crank industry then becomes the entire social economy development the
engine, its prospect waits for. At the same time, the crank production needs to consume the
massive raw materials, but many raw materials are the non-renewable resources or are the
social scarce resources. Needs us reasonably to plan, recycles waste, implements the
sustainable development science and technology innovation the path ..

1. 引言
伴随改革开放的步伐,世界经济全球化趋势的形成,特别是中国进入 WTO 后,
我国正从农业国向工业国过渡,
也发生了翻天覆地的变化,同时,制造业是经济发展的今天起到了顶梁之柱的作

,本课题作为一个建立制造企业,不但面临国内外制造技
术的竞争,也面临管理水平的竞争,从而管理与技术革新便成为本课题研究的重
要内容.
目前，我国中高档次的轻型汽车汽油发动机曲轴，仍然依靠从日本、
美国、德国等发达国家进口。尤其高速度的轻型汽车大功率汽油发动机及曲
轴产品，仍属国内空白。近几年来，日本、美国、德国等国家的汽车巨头企
业，纷纷涌入中国，开展合资合作，开发轻型汽车新产品。研制开发替代进
口曲轴产品，加速配套曲轴产品的国产化，更是迫在眉捷。因此，
