《国际物流管理》课程教学改革的研究
摘要：本文针对目前《国际物流管理》课程教学中存在的一些问题，本着以学生为中心的宗旨，运用教育学相关理论，对课程教材的建设和完善、教学形式的丰富、教学内容的调整、教辅手段的运用、学生课业的考核方法、试题库及资料库的建设、师资培养、教师绩效管理等方面进行了全方位的探索和研究。

　　Abstract: This paper is dead against several problems, which exist and affect the course, International Logistics Management. Thinking much of the students and being based on the pedagogic theory, the authors take reforming exploring for the construction and perfection of course teaching material, the enrichment of teaching formal, the adjustment of teaching content, the exertion of teaching assistant means, the evaluation method of student lesson, the construction of test questions storeroom and datum storeroom, the training of persons qualified to teach, and the performance management of teachers.

　　《国际物流管理》是同济大学交通运输工程学院的专业特色课程，同时也是学院物流工程学科的系列课程之一。该课程知识面广、内容丰富、实践性强，仅靠传统单一的教学方法难以达到教学要求。本文针对《国际物流管理》课程教学目前存在的问题，本着以学生为中心的宗旨，运用教育学相关理论，从以下几个方面进行全方位的改革探索。
