主观幸福感（Subjective Well-being,简称 SWB）是评价者根据自定的标准对
其生活质量的整体性的评价，是反映生活质量的重要心理学参数。主观幸福感研
究立足于积极情感，是不同于过去心理学研究的全新的研究视角。展开高校教师
主观幸福感的研究对于丰富积极心理学的理论内容，对于加深对高校教师这个群
体的关注都有重要的实践意义。
本研究以长春高校教师为研究对象，利用问卷的形式对其主观幸福感状况及
其与人格特征的关系进行探索性研究。得出以下结论：
1、 长春高校教师整体幸福感水平较高；
2、 在性别、专业、婚姻变量上，没发现显著差异；
3、 年龄变量上，长春地区不同年龄的高校教师在正性情感、自述幸福感方面差
异显著，50 岁以上的教师得分最高。
4、 职称变量上，正教授在生活满意度上显著高于副教授、初级、中级教师。
5、 高校教师主观幸福感与一些生活的具体指标相关度很高，如收入状况、居住
环境、心身状况、目标达成状况等。
6、 高校教师主观幸福感与人格特征之间存在显著相关。精神质与生活满意度、
正性情感、自述幸福感呈显著负相关；外向性与正性情感、自述幸福感呈显
著正相关。神经质与生活满意度、正性情感、负性情感、自述幸福感呈显著
负相关。

Abstract
Subjective well-being(SWB) may be defined as people’s global evaluation of
their lives by their own ’s an important psychological index of life
study of subjective well-being which concentrates on positive affection
offers people a new perspective to understand study on subjective
well-being of the academics will enrich the theoretical contents of Positive
Psychology,and the result of subjective well-being study will help people to
understand the academics.
This study searched the SWB of academics and the relationship between SWB
and main result as follows:
1、 The academics’ whole subjective well-being is high.
2、 There is not the differences between different sex、major and marriage 。
3、 The scores of above 50-years old academics are high than the other year’s
academics on positive affect and avowed happiness.
4、 The scores of professors are high than the others on life satisfaction.
