设计题目：关于太平洋保险公司员工激励研究

摘要
在企业管理中有这样一条至理名言：
“一个企业成败的关键在于它能否激发员工的力量和才智，企业的活力来自企业对员工的吸引力。”它道出了人力资源对于事业成功的重要性，而对人力资源的开发则离不开激励。
21世纪被称为知识经济时代，在这样一个瞬息万变的经济时代，人力资源和知识资本优势的独特性成为企业的核心技能，人力资源的价值成为衡量企业整体竞争力的标志。因此，人力资本的运用对企业运营的成败具有很大的影响。如何有效管理和激励员工，使得人得其位，位适其人，人尽其才，是企业在人力资源管理上一个重要的课题也是企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地的关键因素。中国太平洋保险（集团）股份（以下简称“中国太平洋保险”）是在1991年5月13日成立的中国太平洋保险公司的基础上组建而成的保险集团公司，目前中国太平洋保险旗下拥有太平洋寿险、太平洋产险、太平洋资产管理公司和长江养老保险等专业子公司，保持持续领先的市场地位。但是从长远发展的角度分析，企业面临着一个非常尴尬的局面：员工工作没有***，处于一种安于现状，不思进取的状态。本论文首先介绍了文章的研究背景、目的及意义。然后阐述了国内外相关激励理论的发展及其主要类容，指出激励理论对于建立有效激励理论的重要性。其次，针对中国太平洋保险公司的实际状况结合理论分析构建了太平洋保险公司的员工激励机制。本论文利用激励理论去分析和探讨员工激励机制，注重理论联系实践，加深了对激励理论的认识，同时也为同类型企业
员工激励机制的建立和改进提供了有益的启示。

Abstract
There is such a piece of the true saying in enterprise management:
"The key to the success or failure of an enterprise lies in the fact that it can timulate staff's strength and wisdom, the vigor of enterprise comes from attractive to employees." It shows the importance of human resources for the success of the cause, and the exploitation of human resources is cannot do without incentive.
Twenty-first Century was known as the era of knowledge economy, in such a vary from minute to minute economic era, the uniqueness of human resource and knowledge capital advantage has become the core business skills, the value of the human resources has become a mark to measure the overall competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, the use of human capital has a great influence on the success or failure of the enterprise operation. How to effectively manage and motivate employees, make people have to its place, a suitable person, give full scope to the talents, is the key factor for enterprises in human resources management, the last important topic is the enterprise in the fierce competition in the market remain invincible.
