题 目 无功补偿智能控制器设计
摘 要
长期以来电力系统网络损耗问题比较突出,而无功补偿是降低线损的有效手段。随着电力系统负荷的增加,对无功功率的需求也日益增加。在电网中的适当位置装设无功补偿装置成为满足电网无功需求的必要手段。本文在详细分析无功补偿的基本原理和控制方法的基础上,研究了一种基于CS5464的TSC型智能无功补偿控制器设计方案。
该无功补偿控制器在硬件上采用三片CS5464芯片测量三相电网的各参数,选用C8051F022单片机为主控制单元,完成数据的简单处理、无功自动调节、电压检测与控制、数据存储与显示等功能,投切装置采用过零触发可控硅控制器,以抑制投切涌流。此外,还设计了一些外围辅助硬件,包括采样调理电路、人机界面(按键、液晶等)、光电隔离、数据存储以及电压报警等;采用了模块化的设计方法,由模块到整体构成了控制器稳健的软件体系。在电网电压/无功功率复合控制策略的基础上,编写了简洁稳健的代码实现控制算法。该方案设计的控制器最多能够控制16路电容器组,可以应用在电网三相共补、三相分补以及三相共补与分补相结合的电容器组等容量配置的无功补偿装置中。

Abstract
In the past several years, the problem of power loss is very serious. However, reactive compensation is an effective method to save power loss .Due to increasing loads of electric power system, demand of reactive power was also increasing. It became necessary means that reactive power compensation devices were installed in proper position of electric network. On the basis of analyzing the basic theory and control strategy, a design of a new kind of TSC smart reactive power compensation controller based on CS5464 is studied.
In hardware design of this controller, three CS5464s are used for measuring three-phase electrical parameters respectively, the SCM of C8051F022 is used as the main control unit to carry out the functions such as simple data processing, reactive power automatic adjustment, voltage detection and control, data storage and display and so on, zero triggered the Silicon Control Rectifier (SCR) controller is used for controlling SCR in the cast-cut equipment, which can restrict the inrush current effectively. Furthermore, some external support hardware is designed in this controller, including sampling and filtering circuit, human-machine interface (keyboard, LCD, etc.), photoelectric isolation, data storage, voltage alarm and so on.
