摘要
西宁特殊钢铁股份有限公司欲将西宁特钢打造成中国西部资源型百万吨特钢精品基地,与青海省创业集团有限公司、青海铝厂、兰州炭素有限公司、吉林炭素股份有限公司、包头钢铁设计研究院、吉林铁合金厂多家企业合作,为西宁特殊钢铁股份有限公司制定了全国性品牌营销战略。本文研究的目的是通过对西宁特殊钢铁股份有限公司的物流管理现状的分析与研究,评析西宁特殊钢铁股份有限公司的物流管理是否适合当前的实际环境,分析出西宁特殊钢铁有限公司在全国性品牌营销战略下,产品的生产、仓储、运输、销售的物流过程中应该注意的问题。为企业降低生产成本,提高生产效率和销售利润提供一定的帮助。
本文主要应用市场营销和物流管理的相关理论,通过对西宁特殊钢铁股份有限公司现行的物流管理模式进行分析,找出其中的不足之处,并准确的分析出物流管理的问题所在,进而制定出符合西宁特殊钢铁的物流管理模式,以提高产品的市场竞争力。

Xining Special Steel Co., Ltd. wishing to Xining in western China hit one million tons Steel Quality Resource Base, and Qinghai Venture Group Co., Ltd., Qinghai Aluminum Plant, Lanzhou Carbon Co., Ltd., Jilin Carbon Co., Ltd., Baotou Iron and Steel Design Research Institute, Jilin Ferroalloy Plant enterprises cooperation, Xining Special Steel Co., Ltd. has developed a national brand marketing strategy. The purpose of this study is to Xining Special Steel Co., Ltd. through the analysis of the status of logistics management, assessment, Xining Special Steel Co., Ltd. is a logistics management for the current situation, Xining Special Steel Co., Ltd. of the national brand marketing in the strategy, the production, storage, transportation and sale of the logistics process should pay attention to. For enterprises to reduce production costs, increase productivity and profits to provide some help.
In this paper, application of marketing and logistics management theories, Xining Special Steel Co., Ltd. through the existing logistics management analysis to identify the ings of them, and accurate analysis of the logistics management of the problem, then work out Xining Special Steel line logistics management to improve petitiveness of products in the market.
