随着制造业的不断发展,锅炉以及压力容器在各行各业中被广泛使用,并且因其在生产过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用,使用量也正在逐年攀升。
相比于传统的压力容器制造方法,通过焊接的手段生产的压力容器正因为其高的生产效率、低的生产成本逐渐成为压力容器制造业中的主流。但焊接生产过程中有较多的质控点较难把握,影响焊缝质量的因素较多,导致所焊接产品的一次合格率较难有进一步的提升。
产品制作工艺说明书中,简要分析了储气罐的构成;根据材料的特点和产品的结构尺寸制作出适合本产品的工艺流程;详细论述储气罐加工、装配、焊接工艺。同时对储气罐制作中容易出现的质量问题进行了分析说明,提出了相应的解决措施。焊接方法选手工电弧焊和埋弧焊;焊接材料选用焊条J857、焊丝H10MnSi和焊剂HJ350。

TITLE:BOILER AND PRESSURE VESSEL WELDING METHOD COMMONLY USED TECHNOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF CHOICE
ABSTRACT:WITH THE CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT OF MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY, BOILER AND PRESSURE VESSEL IN ALL WALKS OF LIFE IS WIDELY USED, AND BECAUSE OF ITS PRODUCTION PROCESS IN A MORE AND MORE IMPORTANT ROLE IN, USAGE IS ALSO UP YEAR BY YEAR.
Compared with the traditional pressure vessel manufacture method and by means of welding production of pressure vessels because of its high production efficiency and lower cost of production gradually become the mainstream of the pressure vessel manufacturing industry. But in the process of welding production more qc point is difficult, the influence factors on the quality of the welding seam more, lead to the welding products a qualified rate more difficult to have the further promotion.
Product manufacturing process instructions, a brief analysis of the composition of the gas tank; the characteristics of the material and product structure size to produce products for the process; detail tank fabrication, assembly, welding. At the same time prone to gas tank production quality issues analysis shows, the corresponding measures to resolve.
