文档介绍：山东农业大学硕.|.-号业学位论文中文摘要本文以安丘市拥翠湖湿地公园为研究对象,按照湿地公园的规划规范,以维护湿地生态平衡、保护湿地生态功能和保证湿地生物的多样性为基本出发点,坚持“全面保护、生态优先、突出重点、合理利用、持续发展"的原则,以安丘拥翠湖湿地生态系统为特色资源,规划建设以保护为主,集宣传教育、科研、观光休闲为一体,可持续发展的湿地公园,充分发挥拥翠湖湿地在当地国民经济中的生态、经济和社会效益。建设拥翠湖休闲经济带,促进拥翠湖防涝抗旱和生态保护;对拥翠湖上游实施损毁湿地治理工程,增加湿地面积:沿岸建设防护林和生态环境带,抑制沿湖地段的水土流失,改善生态环境i进而改善整个区域的社会经济环境。整个公园规划总面积1600公顷。规划建设“一园、五区"。“一园”即拥翠湖湿地公园;“五区”即生态保育区、生态恢复区、科普宣教区、合理利用区、管理服务区。构建拥翠湖公园完整的河流湿地保护、观光生态旅游体系。整个公园的建设,对于安丘市乃至潍坊经济及社会发展、对于拥翠湖周围环境质量的提高具有十分重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。关键词:拥翠湖; 生态保护; 湿地公园:天然水库 Anqiu wetland park construction planning Abstract Inthispaper,Anqiu owned Lake Wetland Park for the study,according towetland planning norms,to maintain theecological balance ofwetlands,protect ecological functions ofwetlands andwetland biodiversity tO ensure the basic starting point,adhere tothe”full protection,ecological priority,focused,rational use and sustainable development”principle, inorder topro—Anqiu Lake wetland ecosystem characteristics ofresources,planning and construction to protect themain set of public education,scientific research,tourism and leisure as awhole,sustainable development,wetland,fully owned Lakewetlands in thelocal economy intheecological,economic and socialbenefits.
