文档介绍：摘要 20世纪中叶,世界掀起了滨水区开发的热潮,世界上大多数滨水城市都已开始着手滨水地区再开发建设,人们期望通过滨水空间韵建设,为城市重新注入活力。在漫长的滨水区开发中,滨水区独特的生态环境以及现代人对绿色空间的追求也已逐渐受到房地产开发商的重视,在这股热潮中兴建起来的滨水居住区以其特有的魅力极大的满足了人们不断增长的心理需求。休闲已经成为我们这个时代最重要的特征之一,特别是在城市化进程高速发展、城市住宅从开敞自然的住屋形式演变为高速密度的公寓楼的现代社会,休闲活动成为人们缓解压力、放松情绪的方式之一。而居住区的休闲空间正是休闲活动的载体。如何在现代滨水居住区中充分利用环境优势创造出更加具有欣赏性和人性化的休闲空间是当下急需解决的问题。本文首先从滨水区、滨水居住区休闲空间的相关内容进行阐述,以人们休闲方式、行为心理、使用需求等做为铺垫,为以后的理论研究奠定了基础。本文参考了大量实例,通过对国内外优秀滨水居住区案例的分析以及对合肥市已建成的滨水居住区进行实地调查,对滨水居住区休闲空间的总体规划布局、硬质景观、居住区绿地、滨水绿带、水域研究、公共设施及小品等的研究后,指出在设计中应该注意的诸多方面,并对滨水居住区的休闲空间提出要求,进行分析研究给予设计对策。文章最后通过笔者自己设计的实例的分析验证了研究内容的可行性。本研究结果为设计者拓展了设计思路,为今后的滨水居住区的设计提供了更丰富的理论依托,给居住区空间设计注入了新的生命力,也为今后居住区的休闲空间指出了新的发展方向。本文所涵盖的范畴广泛,涉及人体行为学、环境心理学、城市社会学、以及环境生态学等领域,为居住区休闲空间的研究提供了有力的论据。关键词:滨水居住区,休闲,休闲空间,环境设计 Abstract In20th century,the world raised theshore water re-development,in theworld themajority shore water eity begin theshorewater area todevelop thereconstruction, thepeople expected through theconstruction,put intothevigor thelong development。the water-shore districtunique ecological environment aswell asthe modern people gradually have alsoreceived theproperty developer thegreen space pursue thevalue,constructed thewater-munity atthisupsurge resurgence enormous tomeet thepsychological needby itsunique chalTnwhich thepeople unceasinglygrew.
