China Abstract:This paper deals with coordination model of supply chain with price-dependent demand. On the assumption that the relationship between the market demand and the retail price is in line with addition principle, the impaction of the retailer’s multiple price discounts on supply chain coordination by contracts was analyzed, the supply chain contract integrated with sale rebates and buy back which could coordinate supply chain model was proposed, and the strategy of how to adjust the contract parameters which could coordinate supply chain was given.
