在我国，疫苗在进行规模生产投放到市场之前必须对其进行严格的检验，确
定其功效和安全性在疫苗检验过程中最关键一步需要人员用显微镜对细胞一一比
对，才能得到相应结果。本文就是在这样的背景下以分形理论作为基础探讨图像
识别方法，具体对 pcv2 病毒的图像识别进行了详细地叙述，旨在找出有效地识别
方法，提高工作效率。
本文首先介绍了分形维数的几种计算方法，找到了计算 PCV2 疫苗图像的分
形维数的方案。接着对 PCV2 疫苗图像进行灰度化、二值化、并且进行直方图均
衡化，对 PCV2 图像进行增强处理以便于突出其纹理特征。最后在处理后的图像
上运用分形理论进行分割处理，提取出 PCV2 图像的特征。本文对 PCV2 疫苗的
检验和识别方法进行有效创新，可以改进疫苗检验的效率和准确性，对我国乃至
全球的养猪业对该种病毒的防治工作有所帮助。

Abstract
Porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) is the leading cause of postweaning
multisystemic wasting syndrome ( PMWS ) is the main pathogen of piglets, and
congenital nystagmus, porcine dermatitis and nephropathy syndrome ( PDNS ), porcine
respiratory syndrome ( PRDC ), reproductive disorders, related.
In China，the vaccine during scale production must be put on the market before its
strict inspection, but in the testing process in the most critical step is required for
microscopy of cells one alignment, can obtain the corresponding results. Under this
background，this thesis is based on the fractal theory, in-depth study of the fractal
dimension method, and according to the PCV2 cell microscopic image for comparison
and judgment. The image recognition of PCV2 virus was described in detail, to identify
effective methods to identify and improve work efficiency.
This thesis first introduces the fractal dimension of several calculation methods and
finds the fractal dimension of the image of computing PCV2 vaccine program. Then
PCV2 vaccines image is made for graying, binarization, and histogram equalization,
PCV2 image enhancement in order to highlight its texture features. Finally the
processed segmentation image is created with fractal theor
