摘要
当前，随着我国国民经济的迅猛开展，我国的建筑工程建立呈现出迅速增长的趋势。同时建筑工程工程具有投资大、建立时间长等特点，在建立过程中遇到的不可预见因素很多，使得建筑工程工程建立过程中参与方可能面临很对风险，如果对此不加以预防，将会给业主、承包商等各参与方带来严重的后果。基于以上原因，在建筑工程工程中提前发现风险、发出预警信号迫在眉睫。本文的研究就是在此背景下提出的。
本文从建筑工程工程风险的根底知识入手，简要论述了建筑工程风险管理的相关理论知识；分析建筑工程工程风险因素；并系统的探讨了层次分析法的数学模型、指标值确实定、判断矩阵及一致性检验的方法和步骤；根据建筑工程工程风险的设置，建立了建筑工程风险预警的层次分析法模型，对建筑工程风险进展了分析、评估。
总之，本文研究的主旨在于为建筑工程工程风险预警提供一种行之有效的分析方法，为建筑工程风险管理提供一定的科学依据，从而使建筑市场稳定开展。
