<p>摘   要<br/>
纺织品行业是我国仅次于电子通信行业的第二大出口行业，出口依存度高达51%,而且其不 断扩大的国际市场份额又是建立在劳动力成本和价格优势之上的，人民币升值使纺织品出口 受到很大的影响，大大削弱了我国纺织产品在国际市场上的竞争力，导致国内纺织企业的恶 性竞争。因此，人民币升值必将对严重依赖国际市场出口的我国纺织业产生重大影响。本文 对纺织业的特点、人民币升值所带来的利弊影响及如何应对这些问题加以剖析，在当前人民 币升值已成事实的经济背景下，我国的纺织品行业应该积极地采取相应的后续措施，全方位 提升企业的竞争力以及经营效益,以应对人民币升值所带来的影响。<br/> <br/>
Abstract<br />
Textile industry is the second largest export industry apart from Electronic Communication in China, with the dependence on export being up to 51%.  Besides, the perpetual enlargement of the international market share is based on the advantage of labor cost and price. The high pressure of the RMB Appreciation has great influence on the textile export, weakens the competition of our country’s textile production in the international market and aggravates the cut-throat competition among the domestic textile companies.  At a result, the RMB Appreciation must affect our nation’s textile export which largely depends on the international market. This essay provides the comprehensive analysis on the characteristics of the textile industry and the effects and problems brought by the Appreciation of RMB. Besides, the textile industry should take follow-up measures positively, enhance the all-around competition of companies and increase operational benefit while the fact that Appreciation of RMB can’t be changed. <br /> <br/>
