摘要:在满足矿山生产的高效性以及安全性的前提下,合理的采场结构参数选择显得极为重要。淘锡坑钨矿作为章源钨业有限公司的重要开采矿区,因采用的浅孔留矿法,其回采工艺不具备良好的适用性,使得巷道顶板局部产生裂隙,并引起出矿漏斗损毁等问题,对矿山的运营产生了负面影响。在此,需重新针对采场结构参数予以选定。以该矿枫岭坑区256中段及206中段为研究对象,结合实际生产条件,以矿房跨度、间柱厚度、顶柱厚度作为变量,设计9组开采方案。利用ANSYS建立模型,导入FLAC3D进行数值模拟计算,综合各方案计算结果开展对比、分析工作,最终确定较优的采场结构参数。

Abstract:On the premise of meeting the high efficiency and safety of mine production, reasonable selection of stope structure parameters is extremely keng tungsten mine is an important mining area of Zhangyuan Tungsten Industry Co., to the shallow hole mining method adopted,the recovery process doesn’t have good applicability, causing cracks in the roof of the roadway and causing damage to the mining hopper,had a negative impact on the operation of the ,the stope structure parameters need to be selected g the 256 mid-section and 206 mid-section of Fenglingkeng Mine of the mine as the research object,combining the actual production conditions,the mine house span, the column thickness,and the top column thickness as variables,the 9-group mining plan was ANSYS to build a model and import FLAC
3D to preform numerical ne the calculation results of each plan to carry out comparison and analysis work, and ultimately determine the optimal stope structure parameters.

矿山采场结构参数的确定是一个涉及到岩体开挖和应力重分布的复杂的动态系统工程问题[1]。在地下矿山中,合理的采场结构参数与采场稳定性有直接关系,是保证采矿工作人员的安全生产的重要因素,同时还是确保矿山经济效益与正常作业的基本前提。但采场结构参数的选择很难用一个明确的数学表达式来描述,且传统的模型试验及现场试验均难实现多种采场结构参数稳定性状态的对比研究,从而使传统的方法解决采场参数优化这一问题存在很大难度,无法有效
