摘 要

通过对工程质量、进度的剖析,提出在保证工程质量的前提下,如何加快工程进度,如何解决工程质量和
工程进度这一对矛盾,提出一个可行的工程进度管理的科学有效的方法。
结合本人多年来从事工程项目管理的实践经验,通过研究及案例分析,创建应激动态调整管理模式,争取
为当前工程建设项目管理领域提供一套可行性的管理对策,促进工程质量控制、进度管理的可持续发展。即
在保证工程质量的前提下,科学有效的控制工程进度,达到经济效益最大化,同时提高社会效益。运用案例分
析对工程进度管理进行论证,怎样使工程建设又好又快进行。
建筑工程质量与进度管理的相关关系、管理方法。本文要深入探讨面向建筑工程质量的进度管理方法
研究。同时揭示建筑工程质量与进度管理的相互关系。

Abstract

Through the project quality and progress of the analysis put forward inensuring the quality of the project
under the premise of how to accelerate the progress, how to solve the project quality and progress of this
contradiction, the progress of projects put forward a viable management of scientific and effective method.
Combination of work practice, through research and case studies, create a stress management model
dynamically adjusted to strive for the current construction project management to provide a feasibility of
management measures to promote the project quality control, schedule management sustainable development.
