【摘要】   目的建立产后康膏的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中陈皮、黄芪、甘草进行鉴别；用高效液相法测定制剂中芍药苷的含量，采用Lichrospher-C18色谱柱（ mm×200 mm，5 μm），流动相为水－乙***（87∶13）， ml/ min；柱温30℃；检测波长230 nm；进样量10μl。结果薄层色谱专属性强；～，r= 5，%，%（n=6）。结论该方法简便、准确，重复性好，可作为产后康膏的质量控制标准。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish the quality standard for Chanhoukang Citri Reticulatae, Radix Astragali,Radix et Rhizoma Salviae and Radix Glycyrrhizae in this prescription were identified by content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC. The column of Lichrospher-AQ-C18（ mm×200 mm，5μm）was used. The mobile phase was Acetonitrile-Water(13:87),at the flow of ml·min-1. The column temperature was 30℃,and peaks were detected at 230 study on the quality control showed that the characteristic of identification by TLC was distinct and highly linear range of naringin was ～ μg，r=,the average recovery was %,RSD=%(n=6).ConclusionThe method is easy, accurate and can be used effectively for the quality control of this preparation.

产后康膏处方来源于原部颁标准，由黄芪、陈皮、甘草等多味中药组成，具有益气养血、滋肾柔肝、安神敛汗、健脾和胃的功效，适用于产后贫血、恶露不净、头晕目眩、心悸多汗、失眠神疲、食欲不振等证。笔者按照中药新药研究规范，根据以上药物的理化性质［
