宫腔镜手术治疗子宫疤痕妊娠的疗效评价

【摘要】目的：对宫腔镜手术治疗子宫疤痕妊娠的疗效进行探讨。方法：研究对象30例，均为我院2018年1月到2019年1月之间接
收的子宫瘢痕妊娠患者，按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组各15例，对照组患者给予腹腔镜手术治疗，观察组患者给予宫腔镜
手术治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：对照组患者的手术出血量多于观察组，手术时间、住院时间和术后首次月经时间均
长于观察组患者，差异有统计学意义（P<)。结论：对于子宫瘢痕妊娠患者，采用宫腔镜和腹腔镜手术治疗均具有一定的效
果，但采用宫腔镜手术治疗能够显著降低患者的手术出血量，缩短手术时间和住院时间，疗效理想，具有临床参考和借鉴价值。
