摘要
随着建筑行业各项技术的不断进步,我国十二五规划将建筑信息模型技术写入建筑信息化建设开展纲要,可见BIM技术的开展和应用对工程管理的重要性。BIM代表了信息技术在建筑业中应用的新方向,BIM技术可以消除可能导致工期拖延的设计隐患,提高工程实施中的管理效率,保证工程工程进度,控制工程本钱,实现工程工程精细化管理。
本次设计采用案例分析法，以BIM系列软件中的斯维尔相关软件为根底，根据图纸建立一个立体的三维模型，包括土建、装饰以及钢筋局部，然后利用三维模型输出的工程量对该工程进行造价计算。通过对BIM斯维尔相关软件的操作，了解BIM技术的内涵，加强识图以及编制招标控制价的能力。在毕业设计过程之中，小组成员团结协作，顺利完成了对图纸的三维建模以及计价，更完成该工程投标报价书的编制。
随着社会信息化程度的不断加深，工程造价管理的信息化已成必然趋势。在信息调整膨胀的今天，工程造价越来越依赖计算机手段，其竞争从某种意义上讲已成为信息战，现有计价模式难以实现信息化趋势，因此BIM必将是未来建筑业开展的趋势。

Abstract
With the continuous progress of the technology in the construction industry, China's second Five-Year Plan to build the construction information model technology into the building information construction and development of the outline, we can see the development and application of BIM technology importance of project management. BIM represents the new direction of application of information technology in the construction industry. BIM technology can eliminate the design hidden dangers that may lead to the delay of construction period, improve the management efficiency in the project implementation, ensure the project progress, control the project cost and realize the fine management of the project.
