摘 要

本课题主要研究的内容是根据减速器设计的原始资料研究减速器够组成部件包括齿轮轴轴承上箱体和下箱体的设计及校核方法对二级圆锥圆柱齿轮减速器设计进行功能分解确立齿轮减速器三维参数化设计方法以及齿轮减速器零件各主要传动件标准件等模型库总装配库的构建方法并用inventor虚拟软件进行二级圆锥圆柱齿轮机构的三维建模对圆锥圆柱减速器的机构的组成内部传动部件进行装配干涉分析应力应变分析二维工程图inventor虚拟软件对所设计的产品进行三维建模装配运动仿真和工程图的产生等方面进行研究后发现干涉应力分析在CAD中是极其重要的内容三维开始设计在现有的软件支持下这个模型至少有可能表达出设计构思的全部几何参数整个设计过程可以完全在三维模型上讨论对设计的辅助就很容易迅速扩大的全过程设计的全部流程都能使用统一的数据从三维开始的设计二维工程图的表达仍然要遵守传统设计的要求Abstract
