Abstract: The implementation of refined cost control is an important measure to deal with the development problems of
enterprises and achieve sustainable and healthy development. Combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, this paper
studies the fne cost control and its long-term promotion, and takes the cost control practice of the enterprise in recent years as
carrier, summarizes the experience and practice of implementing fne cost control in foundry enterprises.
