互联网普及和人们消费观念改变促进电子商务迅速发展,中国零售业纷纷开展网上业务。电子商务作为一种生存于虚拟化、数字化空间的商业模式,正成为我国零售商提高企业竞争力的武器。电子商务是一种以电子数据交换和因特网交易为主要内容的新型商务运作方式。它的出现和发展,使零售业在商品流通中的信息功能发生了质的飞跃。目前,我国有关电子商务的运作规则、法律认可、电子支付等方面还很不成熟,有必要通过信息基础设施建设、供应链管理、电子商务专业人才培养等方面制定我国零售业发展电子商务的对策与模式。

Abstract

As merce, digital space of survival in the virtual business model is emerging as the arms of retailers to improve petitiveness of enterprises in China. Electronic data interchange for merce is a new type of business operations and transactions on the as the main content. Its appearance and development, modity circulation information function in there has been a qualitative leap forward. At present, the rules relating to operation of merce in China, legal recognition, electronic payments, and so on are not very mature, there is a need for information infrastructure,
supply chain management, merce talents in areas such as training development mode of merce and the countermeasures of China's retail industry.
