摘 要
长期以来，我国企业铁路物流存在的问题很多，集中体现在物流系统效益
不佳，物流系统对企业生产和销售的服务效用差等方面。具体表现为规划不合
理、专业化技术程度不高、效率较低、信息管理水平不足、信息化水平低。因
此企业铁路物流自动跟踪信息系统对企业铁路物流进行优化，从而实现以较低
的物流成本，适当的数量、质量、时间、地点、价格和最好的服务将物资送到
各个使用地。而要实现对企业铁路运输物流信息的自动跟踪必须要满足 4 个方
面：(1)获取物流初始化信息；(2) 能够自动获取企业内部铁路运输物流变化
信息；(3)能够自动获取企业内外部铁路运输物流变化信息。(4)能够自动获取
企业外部物流交换信息。在这种情况下，本文认真分析企业铁路物流数据信息
的特点，采用 Struts+Hibernate 软件开发模式开发了该系统。
本文第一章简要介绍了物流运输的发展和现状，并阐述了铁路物流中存在
的问题及其解决措施。第二章给出了铁路物流自动跟踪信息系统的相关技术基
础，包括析计算机信号联锁技术、车号自动识别技术、集群通信技术。第三章
介绍铁路物流自动跟踪系统开发的关键技术，该技术主要是指 Struts 开发技术
和 Hibernate 开发技术。第四章对铁路物流自动跟踪信息系统进行了开发实现。

For a long time ， lots of problems lie in our country’s railway logistics
enterprises,mainly embodied in poor efficiency of the logistics system, and poor
services of logistics system for enterprise’production and marketing. It’s specific reflected

of the information management, low level of information. Therefore, enterprise railway
