英文的行为面试访谈问题， 每个题目往往都包含着一个主要的考查意图， 比如
说， 有的题目考查的是创新能力， 有的题目考查的是团队精神， 而有的则考
查的是领导能力。
这些考查意图会非常明显地在题目本身的 Key Words 当中表现出来。
所以， 在回答这种问题的时候， 你的描述应该侧重于“ What-.-Key
Words描述法”中的 Key Words。
现在 P&G的八大问似乎已经成为多个行业 HR招聘的标杆问题， 实际上他们也具
有非常普遍的代表性， 基本包含了外企公司所要考核的全部内容。 如果你感兴
趣的是一家比较著名的外企公司， 或者是一家相当不错的国内公司， 请务必仔
细准备下面这八大题目。

问题分析：
考查意图： 制订高目标的勇气 + 完成高目标的执行力。
关键词： demanding goal + saw it through.
所以， 在描述的时候要着重描述这个任务为什么这么 demanding， 有些什么具
体的困难， 你是怎么样一步一步去克服的。
