【摘 要】 目的：对腔隙性脑梗死后眩晕症患者的临床护理方式进行探讨分析。 方法：根据2018年1月至2019年12月我院的2-例腔隙性脑梗死后眩晕症患者进行研究分析，将患者分成对照组和研究组，研究组12例使用综合护理干预，对照组8例使用常规护理，比较分析两组的临床护理效果。 结果：研究组共有6例痊愈，4例显效，1例有效，%；对照组有1例痊愈，2例显效，2例有效，%。结果存在统计学差异性（p<）。 结论：腔隙性脑梗死后眩晕症患者临床中接受合理的护理干预能够提升临床治疗效果，可以在临床中进行推广使用。 【关键词】 腔隙性脑梗死 眩晕 护理干预  [Abstract] Objective: To explore and analyze the clinical nursing methods of patients with vertigo after lacunar cerebral infarction. Methods: according to the study and analysis of 2-cases of vertigo after lacunar infarction in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019, the patients were pided into control group and study group, 12 cases in the study group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention, 8 cases in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
