基础生产管理技术在长发装配线作业中的应用分析
中文摘要
伴随着中国进入WTO,企业也越来越融入了全球化的竞争。尤其在汽车行业中，企业之间的竞争更加激烈。在高科技发展的今天，市场需求日趋多变，技术突飞猛进，顾客需求趋于多样化。在这种情况下企业的竞争优势已不仅仅取决于产品质量、价格、售后服务等因素，而且很大程度上取决于企业本身是否具有很好的自主研发能力、生产能力、广泛的推进能力、综合的协调能力以及快速的市场应变能力，上述的这些都反映了企业的管理体系能力水平。其中，工业工程技术是企业生产经营管理中经常使用的技术，而改善又是起重要技术的手法之一。对于生产制造性企业而言，全员劳动生产率的高低可作为一个企业生产经营管理水平的重要经济指标之一。同时，也反映出工业工程技术在其中的应用程度, 并将直接影响企业的竞争能力，谁能够有效的挖掘生产经营过程中的潜力，并提高全员劳动生产率，谁将在未来市场竞争中取得优势地位。鉴于改善对一个企业生产经营管理的重要性，本文以一汽大众发动机车间长发装配线为例，从追求整体改善的角度出发，介绍了作业改善的含义、组成、基本原理，并阐述了装配线的现状，包括工艺流程、装配工艺以及生产中存在的几类主要问题，然后针对具体问题进行具体分析，提出改善措施，按步骤实施，并对改善的成果进行了综合评价。

Abstract
Along with the WTO China's WTO accession, enterprises are increasingly integrated into the global competition. Especially in the automobile industry, competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly free. In today's high-tech development, the growing and ever-changing market demands, technology, customer demands more diversifd. In such cases the enterprise^ competitive edge depends on the product has not only the quality, price, after-sale services and other factors, but depends largely on whether or not there is a very good enterprise itself autonomous research and development capabilits, production capacity, promote broad capabilits, coordination capabilits and integrated rapid adaptability to market changes, which reflect the management system of enterprises ability. Among them, Industrial engineering is the use of enterprise production management very technical, and technological improvement is an important tactic. For manufacturing enterprises, the full productivity as a high level of enterprise production managem
