伴随着中国城市化进程的加快，城市对于土地的需求前所未有的迫切，城市
的扩张迅猛导致了“城中村”这一独特现象的出现：以往的城乡交界地带渐渐由
于城市扩张而包围，但是原本区域中的带状或者点状地区并没有完全城市化，于
是形成了农村被包围在城市之中的现象。这一状况在一些经济发展较快的地区格
外明显，如珠江三角洲。问题也随之而来，如城中村中密集容纳的大量外来人口，
以及由此而产生的城中村的环境问题。
城市在以我们无法预料的速度迅速扩张，很快，城中村问题已经变成了全国
大多数城市都急需面对和解决的难题，虽然各地的城中村问题都存在一定特殊
性，但是其产生的根源和其所带来的主要问题却是类似的，可以归结为：建筑密
度过大，基础设施缺乏，景观环境差，治安较乱。改造的基本方式在某种程度上
也是基本一致的：大多数采用的都是推倒重建，将其中的村民和外来人口“赶出”
城市。清除式的改造导致原有的城市肌理在消亡。基于此，笔者从城市空间角度
出发，研究城中村渐进式改造的可能性与策略，即在注重城中村特殊城市文化的
前提下进行空间改造，为我国城中村改造除了重建以外提供了另一种可能性。

ABSTRACT
With the acceleration of China-urbanization, the requirement of land is urgent than
ever, the rapid expansion of the city led to the unique phenomenon called emergence
of "urban villages": the urban-rural border area surrounded by urban sprawl. Instead
of being completely urbanized, the original area still existed in the shape of ribbon or
dot, The developed areas are particularly obvious, such as the Pearl River Delta.
Problems have cropped up such as a large number of foreign population being
accommodated in urban village, and the environmental problems were follow.
Inestimably, the city has rapidly expanded, and most cities have urgent requirement
to face and solve the “urban villages” problem. Although the phenomenon is
particularly, it brings similar problems that can be attributed to: high-density buildings,
lacking of infrastructure, poor landscape environment, law system is far from perfect.
In most cases, the way of fundamental transformation is demolished-renew: the
villagers were driven out. This kind of transformation caused the demise of the
original urban fabric. Based on this, author try to study the possibility of urban
villages and gradual transformation strategy from the urban space aspect, which focus
on specific urban village
