Purpose
编制此程序的目的是确保本项目消防水系统(含自动喷淋系统)、生活给排水系统的管道工程质 量符合设计及相关规范的要求，保证现场的安全、文明施工达到HSE管理程序的标准。
The purpose of the procedure is to ensure the project quality of fire water supply system(include auto spray extinguisher system) > drainage system pipe for life meet with the requirements of design and related standards,ensure safety> civilization construction at site reach the standards of HSE management procedure.

本程序文件适用于越南北氮改扩建项目消防水系统、生活给排水系统的管道的安装施工，所有 消防给水管道、生活排水系统的管道的施工操作及验收标准除非设计另有规定，均参照本作业 程序。
