文档介绍:1 毕业设计(论文) 题目: 柴油发动机的检测与故障诊断 20xx 年 xx月 2 毕业设计(论文)摘要柴油机作为一种重要的动力机械,广泛应用于各个行业,在国民经济和日常生活中起着举足轻重的作用。柴油机集往复、回转、冲击等运动部件于一体,具有结构复杂、工作条件恶劣、运用负荷范围大的特点。对柴油机的状态进行追踪并进行故障诊断可以有效提高柴油机运行效益。为提高柴油机动力装置的安全性和可靠性,对柴油机进行检测和故障诊断具有十分重要的意义。本论文主要通过四部分分析了柴油机的检测诊断技术,第一步部分总结柴油机故障诊断国内外研究现状与发展动态。第二部分是通过查找资料总结出柴油机检测诊断的几种重要方法。第三部分是对柴油机的燃油供给系的检测与诊断,这部分主要通过分析柴油机燃油供给系统高压油管的油压波形特征和供油正时的检测研究了燃油供给系统的检测诊断策略。第四部分是简要介绍电控柴油机的检测与故障诊断,这部分是主要通过对电控柴油机的故障检测与诊断的原则,方法和原因分析进行说明,从而对电控柴油机检测与诊断有所了解。第五部分是对柴油机未来检测与诊断的展望,说明以后的发展趋势。关键词:柴油机;检测方法; 故障诊断; 燃油供给系统 3 毕业设计(论文)外文摘要 Title : Detection and fault diagnosis of diesel engine Abstract : Diesel engine asamajor power machinery, widely used invarious industries, innational economy and daily life play adecisive role in. Diesel engine set ofreciprocating, rotary, shock and other moving parts inone, has acomplex structure, poor working conditions, using the load range characteristics. Onthe state ofdiesel engine for tracking and fault diagnosis can effectively improve the diesel engine running benefits. In order toimprove the safety ofdiesel engine power plant and the reliability ofdiesel engine, fault detection and diagnosis isvery important. This paper mainly through the four part ofthe analysis ofthe diesel engine testing and diagnosis technology, the first step ofdiesel engine fault diagnosis research status athome and abroad and the development trends. The second part istofind the information bysumming updiesel engine detection and diagnosis methods. The third part ofthe diesel engine fuel supply system ofdetection and diagnosis, this part mainly through the analysis ofthe fuel supply system ofdiesel engine high pressure oil pipe oil pressure waveform characteristics and fuel injection timing detection offuel supply system inthe detection and diagnosis strategy.
