.分项工程概况
十二院城一期工程 A1 栋高层住宅工程,结构形式为剪力墙结构,抗震等级一级,设防烈度
8 度,主体 34 层,建筑物总高度 。
主体结构及装修阶段施工时, 垂直运输机械采用 SCD200/200 施工升降机一台配合施工, 计
划安装时间为结构 14 层开始。根据施工现场的场地情况及建筑物的平面位置,确定施工升降机
安装于建筑物南侧 3~5 轴之间,中心距 A 轴 4500mm ,升降机安装高度为 (- ~
,计 71 节标准节)。基础平面尺寸为 3600 ×4500mm ,在地下二层顶板上做 300mm 厚
C30 混凝土基础,基础四周砌 240 厚砌体高 400mm 。顶板压力达到 30mpa 的要求。
由于升降机基础位于地下二层结构顶板上,并有沉降后浇带从基础中通过,该部位沉降后浇
带提前浇筑混凝土,根据荷载要求对升降机及进料平台采用 φ 48* 钢管进行加固, 不考虑结构
板受力。
基础设计荷载取值
施工升降机自重:安全系数 K=, SCD200/200 型施工升降机按高度 时的重量:
P1 =(吊笼重 +外笼重 +导轨架总重 +对重重 +载重量)× 。吊笼重 32 KN ,外笼重 16KN,导轨
架总重 =( 每节重 , 每节高 ) ×71 节 = ,载重 40KN ,对重 32KN。
P1 =( 32+16++40+32 )× = 。
基础自重: P2 = × × × ×24 (kN )=140KN 。
荷载总重 P=+140= 。此值为结构加固计算值。
基础承受的载荷 P 近似计算:
P/A==39KN/ m2
1、 跟据现场情况升降机安装在基础地耐压力不小于 (15 吨/ 平方米)
