随着当代计算机技术的飞速发展与普及，Internet、通信技术和多媒体技术对教育领
域的影响日渐明显。现代网络教育系统通过构建一个开放性的教育环境，克服了传统教
育在时间、空间上的限制，对于有效地发挥现有的各种教育的资源优势，实现资源的合
理配置，发展教育事业起着非常重要的作用。而且，该系统还能为用户提供图文并茂、
丰富多彩的交互式人机界面，提供大规模的知识库与信息库。方便教师生成规范的网络
课件，并将各种媒体资源运用于其中。还可以激发学****者的学****兴趣，从而达到让学****br/>者主动建构知识、实现自己获取知识、自我更新甚至创造新知识的理想目标。
本论文阐述了对网络课件生成及资源管理系统的研究和设计实现工作，该系统是网
络教学系统的一个重要组成部分。为利用网络进行教学提供了一个教学资源的共享平
台，是一种方便、迅速的共享信息手段。为了有效地提高系统的可维护性、可扩展性和
开发效率，在目前基于 J2EE 架构开发 Web 应用的技术基础上，结合 MVC 结构来构建
系统平台是一种较好的应用实现方案。论文分别从系统的设计目标、系统开发用的技术
方案、系统的结构模型、系统的设计与实现、系统的关键技术及程序设计技巧、系统安
全性与性能优化等几个方面对系统进行了详细的说明。其中重点讨论了课件生成模块和
考试模块的功能、结构和实现。
本系统使用 Eclipse 作为系统的开发工具，使用 Dreamweaver、Photoshop 和 Flash
来完成网页的设计，采用动态网页制作技术 Java、JSP、JavaBean 和 Servlet 编程，选用
MySQL 作为后台数据库，数据库接口采用 JDBC 技术连接 MySQL。网络课件生成及资
源管理系统为实现学生的个性化教育提供了一种有效的实现方案，具有一定的使用价值
和现实意义。

Abstract
With rapid-speed development and popularization of the technology of the contemporary
computer, the application of Internet ，communication and multimedia to instruction cannot
be neglected. The modern network education system, it has constructed an open education
environment and has overcome the restriction on the time and space of traditional education.
It was very important that giving play to various kinds of educational resource effectively,
realized the rational disposition of resources and developed the educational undertaking.
What’s more Internet can provide interactive human-computer interface which has abundant
image and words, has large scales of knowledge and information database .All of these can
make the teachers product normalized network courseware conveniently and use various
kinds of media resources to them. And can make interest the students and make them found
the structure of the knowledge, can make their dreams to gain, refreshed and
