Abstract—The HSPB1’office full name is heat shock protein polymerization in vitro[11-12] . HSP in the body can be
beta-1, which is well-defined as a stress-inducible protein. It is a formed with a wide variety of plexes, to play its
significant and interesting work to study it . The cDNA and the "molecular chaperone" role ,which is a small molecule to
genomic sequence of HSPB1 was cloned essfully from the stabilizes the correct folding of a protein resulting in a
Giant Panda (Ailuropoda melanoleuca) using RT-PCR recovery of function lost due to mutation, can be used for
technology and touchdown-PCR, respectively, Both sequences medical treatment. HSP family can be divided in to five
were sequenced and analyzed preliminarily. The cDNA of the 、、、
HSPB1 cloned from Giant Panda is 633bp in size, containing an subfamily ,which are HSP100 HSP90 HSP70 HSP60 and
open reading frame (ORF) of 624bp encoding 207 amino acids. sHSP,
