摘要
本文简单地介绍了研究的背景及意义;简要地阐述了地基不均匀沉降的基本概念及其危害;同时介绍引起这些危害的各种因素,包括土的压缩性、土的应力历史、土质不均匀、地质钻探、设计、大面积地面堆载、井点降水以及工地不按要求施工等对地基不均匀沉降的影响;最后讲述了减轻地基不均匀沉降的一系列的防治措施,包括搞好地质勘察、建筑设计、结构设计以及采取一些施工措施等。

Abstract
this paper briefly introduced the background and significance of research, and then, elaborated the basic concept and hazards of differential settlement of foundation. this paper narrated an accounted the reasons of these hazards, pressibility , stress history and nonhomogeneity of soil , and geological rilling ,design ,large area surcharge, well-points dewatering and construction. Finally, this paper talked about the prophylactico-therapeutic measures of lightening differential settlement of foundation, involving some methods of geological survey, architectural design, physical design, and some measures of construction.

1 引言

随着时代的进步和发展,城市化的进程的加快,楼房随着时代化的步伐悄然耸立起来,多功能的办公大厦,美丽新颖的别墅,大众化的商品房以及实用性很强的政府廉价出租房,经济适用房等等也随之出现。经济收入的提高让更对的百姓能够搬入楼房,但随之而来的是建筑房屋的质量问题,而且房屋质量问题已经越来越受到关注。当前地基不均匀沉降、墙体裂缝、墙体渗水、屋面渗水、管道漏水、下水道堵塞不畅等各种质量通病层出不穷,上述的质量问题在已
