Abstract-The dispersion of extra-haride and protein of
TABLE 1. POSITION OF CULTURE SOLUTION AND
sludge in sodium pyrophosphate solution (pH=) was studied SLUDGE CHARACTERISTIC
under the conditions of low mixing speed. The results showed
that as the mixing speed were set at 150 and 350 rpm/min, the position
dispersion of haride and protein in sodium Sludge characteristic
pyrophosphate solution was mainly controlled by chemical mg/L
process, and the dispersion efficiency of protein was greater

than haride. It was analyzed that the different affinity
of protein and haride to bivalent Ca2+ was the main (NH4)2SO4 224 SVI 75±

factor resulting in their different dispersion characteristic in NaHCO3 160 CST (s)
