Abstract—There were few reports mentioned changes of Zacher (Acari: Tetranychidae) [3-4]. Compared to the other
protective enzyme activities of Tetranychus viennensis after parts of K. scoparia, the seedling extracts of K. scoparia had
exposed to pesticides by now. Our previous study had showed the highest acaricidic activity against T. viennensis [6]. Besides,
that the chloroform extracts of Kochia scoparia had effective K. scoparia extracts can enhance the enzyme activities of
acaricidal activity against T. viennensis. Here, the toxicosis glutathione S-transferase and carboxylesterase, and inhibit the
symptoms of T. viennensis were detaiedly studied after exposed to activity of monoamine oxidase a
