扭力强度试验

ApplicableTo: AllTappingScrews.
适 用范 围： 所有种类的自攻螺丝
TestPurpose: Todetectpartshavinglowstrengthwhichmighttwistoffduringdrivingorseating.
测试目的：为检查零件是否因为扭力不足而在组装或旋紧时扭断.
Specification: Seechartsthatfollow. 如下图示
Apparatusrequired: 测试装置
. 适当的夹 具
. 夹 具 座
. 螺 丝测 试座
;accuratewith+/-2%. 准确度在 2%以内 的扭 力扳 手
SampleSize(MinimumRecommended): 4piecesperlot;lotsizenottoexceed250,000
抽样数(建议最少)：每批 4 支,每批批量不超过 250MPCS.
Procedure: 测 试程 序
A .Placethesplitcolletintothecolletholderandscrewthefastenerintothecolletsuchthataminimum
of2fullthreadsareinthecolletandaminimumof2threadsareabovethecollet.
将螺丝置入测试夹具中再将夹具放入夹具座,螺丝至少应有两个完全牙在夹具
中,两牙在夹具上方.
Placethecolletholderinthescrewtestingfixtureandclampintoplace.
将夹具座固定在螺丝测试座上

扭转扳手直到螺丝扭断
.
记录破坏值且与规范值比较
Failure: Parttwistsintwoatlessthanspecifiedminimum.
失效：螺丝扭断值小於规范值
