Rapid Determination of Trace Nickel in Water by Oscillopolarography

Abstract: In the solution of NgBQ/ )tthc sensitive polarographic complex adsorptive wave of Ni(D)-dimethylglyoxime (DMG) has been investigated in detail. The penk |x):entiaJ was at -1060 mV() on oscillopolarograph・ The concentration of nickel was proportional to the peak height of the second order derivative wave in the range of x 10心 ~ 25 ji g/mL The detection limit was The method was simple, rapid and sensitive, and has been used to determine trace nickel in water.

1实验部分
JP-2D型示波极谱仪(成都仪器厂);Ni( n )标 准储备液(1000 Fig/mL):准确称取光谱纯
