Abstract—Adiponitrile was regioselectively converted to 5- ADN is converted to adipicacid by us
cyanovaleramide as the single product using resting cells of and us sp. C3II [4-5], amonas
us ruber 3090. In this research, the reaction testosteroni 5-MGAM-4D catalyse ADN into ammonium
characteristics of regioselective biotransformation of adiponitrile adipate, hexamethylene diamine and adipic acid acyl
to 5-cyanovaleramide using us ruber 3090 was ammonium salt as the main products [6], however, the
studied, and the reaction conditions were optimized. As a result,
the optimum reaction temperature and pH were 30°C and , regioselectivity to ADN is low. Pseudomonas putida 3L-G-1-
respectively. The deactivation energy of the reaction was 5-1A-1 regioselectively hydrolyse ADN into 5-CVAM, at
kJ/mol according to Arrhenius equation. Bioconversion capacity 100% ADN conversion, the selectivity to 5-CVAM was 98%
was increased by 10% with adding % (V/V) methanol in the [7].
