摘 要
随着社会经济的提升,人民生活水平的普遍提高,私家车迅速进入千家万户,中国汽车维修业也进入了开展的黄金时期,汽车维修业和汽车保修设备行业在市场的洗礼中形成了利润丰厚的汽车后市场。但伴随着高利润的同时也伴随的着高风险,中国市场上,汽车销售大战是打得轰轰烈烈。另一场暗潮汹涌的战役衍生而来,那就是汽车维修行业。
汽车维修业走向社会化,并促使汽车维修业从产品型行业向效劳型行业过渡。这时汽车售后效劳这一行业应运而生。而汽车4S店就是为了表达售后效劳有各种优越性而新兴的汽车维修完善体系。让我们一起来研究一下在改革开放的今天,参加WTO后汽车售后效劳所面临的机遇和挑战。
