篮球运动自从 1895 年发明以来，经过百余年的发展，已经成为世界性的体
育运动。篮球运动已经从一个普通的体育竞技项目发展成为具有一定代表意义的
体育文化，成为了现代社会的一种文化现象。
本文主要通过文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法为主
要研究方法，对河北省竞技篮球发展现状、河北省大众篮球发展现状有了一定的
了解，从两者的关系入手，对协调河北省竞技篮球与大众篮球的关系进行研究。
从中总结出阻碍河北省竞技篮球与大众篮球协调发展的因素：1、政府的政策倾
斜，政府对于篮球的重视不足；2、河北省经济实力欠缺，企业对于篮球的扶持
力度太小；3、学校篮球教育重视不足；4、河北省高水平的篮球教练员、裁判员
欠缺；5、河北省篮球后备人才储备不足，后备人才的培养渠道单一。
建议措施：1、制定篮球优惠政策，积极鼓励企业投资组建正规篮球队；2、
加大后备人才的培养，调整人才培养战略；3、加强篮球教练员队伍建设、吸引
高水平篮球教练员执教；4、提高篮球裁判员的业务水平，加强裁判员的晋级；5、
健全篮球基础设施建设，健全基层篮球组织；6、学校体育对于协调大众篮球与
竞技篮球的发展有着重要的作用；7、加强市场化的篮球运作，充分发挥媒介的
作用。
只有从实际出发，清楚的认识到河北省竞技篮球、大众篮球发展的不足以及
二者协调发展的关系，才能建立一种有效的体育体制，促进河北省篮球运动的发
展。使河北省竞技篮球和大众篮球达到双赢的目的，两者能更好的协调共同发展。
