双速多用绞车是矿山辅助运输设备的一种,利用钢丝绳循环往复工作,实现井下工作设备的运输功能。绞车作为煤矿运输的辅助设备,在煤矿的运输中起着举足轻重的作用。
本设计的JHS-20多用变速绞车主要用于采煤工作面液压支架的撤移,调向和搬运,还
可以在斜井中作提升和下放重物之用。
JHS-20多用变速绞车主要由电动机、联轴器、液力推杆制动器、减速器、及卷筒组成。减速器包括圆锥-圆柱减速器、行星减速器。锥齿轮为格里森制弧齿锥齿轮。行星减速器采用2K-H传动形式,中心太阳轮浮动。其结构紧凑、传动比大,均载效果好。另外,本绞车取消了原淮南JM-28的整体式结构,这样可以使得铸造和维修更加方便,大大地缩短了修理的时间,降低了维修的成本。同时,也为了适应绞车结构的需要,增设了一个过桥部件。
由于采煤工作面工况复杂多变,有多种需要,因此,本绞车设计为三速,有三种牵引力,采用机械变速,通过确定滑移齿轮的位置来实现。
本绞车的设计寿命为5000小时,是回柱绞车(蜗轮蜗杆传动)的三倍,%。

ABSTRACT
Two-speed multi purpose winch is one of the mine auxiliary transport equipment which use cycle, movement of the rope to achieve the transportation functions of underground equipment. As an ancillary transporting equipment, winch plays an important role in transportation of coal mine.
JHS-20 change speed winch is, mainly used in removing, electro-hydraulic thruster brake, gearbox and drum. While gear boxes include cone-cylinder gear reducer, and ary gear box. The former is Gleason-make spiral bevel gear, which the latter takes 2K-H transmission pattern. Of this structure, the center gear floats to achieve the goal of averaging load. This has many pact structure, big speed ratio and good effect of averaging load. Besides, this winch uses box divided style to instead the integral structure of JM-28 in Huainan, which can ease the costing and maintenance. It can shorten the time of maintenance greatly, hence, it can low the cost of maintenance. At the same time, in order to meet the demand of the winch’s structure, an idle gear equipment is attached to it.
According to different circumstance of work face, the winch is designed to have three speeds and three haulage force. It takes the way of mechanical speed governing and it is achieved by settle different position of slide gear.
JHS-20 slow speed winch is designed to have the life of 5000 hours, which is equal to 3 times of prop recovery winch’s life ( worm fear counter transmission ). Besides, the efficiency of whole machine is up to 78.
