摘要
中小企业不仅促进我国经济的发展和经济活力的增强，而且为我国解决就业问题做出了重要的贡献。随着市场经济的发展，美、日等发达国家和中国这样的发展中国家，消费者的需求结构都发生了重大变化，人们的购买力水平的提高，需求由低层次逐步向中高层次转化，趋同性需求向个性化、多样化需求转变，这对厂家和商家提出了更高的要求，促使他们向品种多样化或者产品多样化发展。而中国经济在全球一体化的变化中，中小企业逐步成为中国新的经济增长点和解决就业的主要力量。在中小企业发展的过程中，战略管理是起着总体规划的作用。战略的正确选择，是决定着中小企业是否在这场竞争中兴衰成败，而战略管理更是指明了企业在竞争中的发展方向和竞争方式。在这种形势下，中小企业如何在战略上把握契机，顺应形势，走出自己的特色之路呢？本文正是基于这种考虑，着重研究了中小企业发展中存在的问题及对策。

Abstract
Strengthen the small and medium-sized enterprise not only promote the development and economic vitality of the economy of our country, and has made the important contribution for our country to solve the employment problem.
