本项目为城建学院学生宿舍楼,为毕业设计项目, 位于沈阳市文化路和热闹路交接处。该项目主要用于学校教学,主要包括收发室,宿舍,职工活动大厅。

该建筑结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,框架柱混凝土强度等级为C30,柱截面首层为650650 mm,二~六层为600600 mm。框架梁混凝土强度等级为C30,纵向框架梁截面为300800 mm,横向框架梁截面为300750 mm和300800 mm。女儿墙用混凝土现浇,墙体均采用空心砖砌筑。建筑地点地质条件良好,采用柱下独立基础,,混凝土强度等级为C25。经济符合要求。
设计严格遵守我国现行规范,计算中包括地震荷载计算,风荷载计算, 内力组合,框架梁设计, 框架柱设计, 基础设计,楼板设计, 楼梯设计。

Abstract
The project is a teaching building of Liaoning Mechanical Professional dormitory institute, which belongs to a graduation project. It lies in the joint of the Wenhua Road and Renao Road in Shenyang. The project is used for teaching for school, and it contains classrooms, laboratories, offices and so on.
This project covers an area of square meters, and the floor space are square meters. The building is five storeys high and four storeys in some parts. Total height of this building is , and the difference of height between indoors and outside is . The total length of the building is m, and there are no avoiding shaking seams , The designed service life of the Architecture is fifty years, and the construction fire protection rank is three rank.
The structural form of the civil engineering is reinforcement concrete casting frame .The strength class of the frame column is C30, and the cross sections of column is 500500 mm. The strength class of the frame beam is C30, the cross sections of the vertical beam is 300800 mmand the cross sections of the later beam is 300750 mmand300800 mm. The daughter wall is builded by reinforced concrete, and the other wall is used hollow bricks. The soil condition of the building site is good, so use under column independent foundation with the concrete of C25, and the depth of the foundation is . The design meet economy needs.
