摘要
压力变送器作为工业测量仪表,在工业自动化控制中占有很重要的地位。随着工
业自动化的程度越来越高,对变送器的性能要求也在不断的提高。由于目前我国变送
器发展的整体水平明显的低于国外。主要受到技术方面和企业能力的制约。要提高我
们的实力,最捷径的方法就是引进消化吸收国外先进的技术。
鉴于我们自主产品的需求,本文主要对美国 ST3000 压力变送器的测量头组件和
封装技术进行研究。在测量头的结构组件中,主要研究了关键零件中心膜片的材料选
择、波形设计、以及成品热处理的开发。确立了影响膜片刚度的主要因素。在测量头
的封装技术中主要研究了电子束焊接技术和滚焊技术,确立了在测量头封装中如何选
择最适合的焊接技术。以及如何对电子束焊接和滚焊焊接进行参数设置。并为自主压
力变送器的设计提供理论支撑。

Abstract
Pressure transmitter as industrial measurement instrument, plays a very important role
in the industrial automation control. With the industrial automation degree is more and
more higher, we need to constantly improve the performance of pressure transmitter. Due
to the current overall level of China's development of the transmitter is evidently lower
than abroad. Restricted mainly by technology and enterprise competence . How to increase
our strength, the shortest way is the introduction of digestion and absorption of foreign
advanced technology.
In view of our independent product demand, this article mainly researches the sensor
of the ST3000 pressure transmitter measurement
