【摘要】目的研究广蕾香挥发油的止咳、化痰作用。方式采纳小 鼠氨水引咳法观看止咳作用；用小鼠酚红排泌法观看化痰作用。结果 广蕾香挥发油能明显延长引发半数小鼠咳嗽的氨水喷雾时刻（EDT50）, 能增进小鼠气管酚红的排泌。结论广蕾香挥发油具有明显止咳、化痰 作用。

Experimental Studies on Antitussive^ Expectorant and Antiasthmatic Effects of the Extract from Pogostemon cablin(Blanco) Benth.
Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the antitussive and expectorant effects of the extract from Pogostemon cablin(Blanco) Benth. Methods The model of cough induced by ammonia liquor spray in mice was used to observe the antitussive effect; the model of phene 1 red execretion in mice was used to observe the expectorant effect. ResultsThe extract from Pogostem on cablin(Blanco) Benth. could inhibit the cough induced by ammonia in mice and increase phenol red output of trachea in mice. ConclusionThe extract from Pogostemon cablin(Blanco) Benth. has a significant antitussive and expectorant effects.

广蕾香Pogostemon cablin(Blanco) 属植物，原产东南亚等国，引种我国后，主产于广东，全草药用。其味 辛，微温，归脾、胃、肺三经，具有芳香化浊、开胃止呕、发表解暑 的功能［1］,是消化系统疾患及暑湿时令之经常使用中药。药理作用 要紧表此刻抑菌、抗螺旋体、增进消化功能，减缓胃肠损害，抑制呼 吸道病原体等方面。广蕾香的药理研究要紧集中在抗菌［21消化道 功能和胃肠滑腻肌解痉作用［3］。目前尚未见有关广蕾香的止咳、化 痰药理方面的研究报导。笔者对广蕾香挥发油进行止咳、化痰作用的 动物实验研究。实验结果如下。
1材料
药物及试剂广蕾香药材购自广州清平市场。广蕾香挥发油 制备：取广番香地上部份，晾干剪碎后，周密称取碎叶置于蒸储瓶中, 加入必然量的蒸储水，按2005版《中国药典》附录XD法(甲法)对 挥发油进行提取，出油率为初 美沙芬片：广州光华药业股分，批号:
