摘 要
随着社会信息化的开展,为了让管理更快捷、更准确,实现人事管理的信息化已经成为各个企业的当务之急。
本课题是为企业人事管理提供现代化技术支持的管理信息系统,该系统包括了员工管理、部门管理、用户管理、招聘管理等主要模块。其图形用户界面利用DELPHI进展开发,后台数据库使用SQL SERVER 2000,采用ADO数据访问方式。本文针对具体工程展开研究,首先进展需求分析、模块划分,对实施该课题的方案进展论证。然后对整个系统进展了详细的分析和设计,结合源代码详细的描述出整个工程的开发过程,最后对系统进展了功能测试。
本课题的实施将会促进企业的无纸化办公,防止人工管理中出现各种过失,提高企业管理效率,使得管理者能够更加方便的了解到企业内部人事状况。

Abstract
With the development of information technology, in order to make the management faster and more correct, the most important thing of enterprises is making their personnel management puterized.
This project is a Management and Information System which offer the modern technology to support personnel covers Employee management﹑Department management﹑User management﹑Hiring management User Interface is done in DELPHI,the background database is making use of SQL SERVER 2000 and the method for data-access is ADO .The author firstly evolved in the actual item then make the requirement analysis and modularization,demonstrating from the beginning design to the last the process of analysis, the author describes the source code of the whole last the thesis show the result of testing.
The advantages of applying this system are working with no paper and making personnel management more correct without manual mi
