摘 要
众所周知，中国早在 2001 年就已经进入了人口老龄化社会，而我国 21 世纪面
临的重要挑战之一就是愈加严重的人口老龄化。人口老龄化对于经济增长的影响究
竟是正向的还是恰好相反？政府又应该如何应对愈加严重的人口老龄化问题？
基于这个时事热点，本文运用新古典经济学框架下经济增长理论中的索洛模
型，根据人口年龄结构影响经济发展的三条途径，也就是劳动力供给(Labor
Supply)、储蓄(Savings)、技术进步这三条途径，结合中国人口结构的转变过程，
从索洛模型视角出发，揭示了人口年龄结构变化对中国经济发展所产生的影响。本
文通过套用索洛模型，并从劳动力供给、储蓄、技术进步这三条途径来对其进行分
析，最后得出结论：中国人口老龄化的加剧对经济增长的影响无论是通过劳动力供
给、储蓄、技术进步这三条途径中的哪一条来实现，都将会对中国经济增长产生反
向作用，也就是产生不利的影响。换句话说，人口老龄化对经济增长确实会产生不
利影响。

ABSTRACT
It is well known that China, as early as 1999, has entered the aging society , and one
of the major challenges of the 21st century our country faces is that increasingly serious
aging population. Population aging effects on economic growth or whether it is just the
opposite forward ? How should the government deal with the increasingly serious
problem of aging population ?
